Strategy & Operations - IIT/IIM APPLY NOW

Responsibilities: 

• Report directly to COO
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions - to formulate, align and drive key strategic and operational initiatives
• Develop business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis. maintain and communicate detailed reports to track performance against plan
• Drive overall customer product experience - setup and improve key processes across customer order to fulfillment journey
• Own and drive key efficiency KPIs - Inventory Days, Delivery TATs, Returns, Fulfillment cost and customer NPS
• Own competitive knowledge- be the top expert in knowing what is happening in the business and the industry
• Lead pilots for / own the execution of some identified strategic bets and programs which tie into the overall strategy

Formal Education & Skills

- A graduate from Top Tier college (IIT/IIM) who has in it to help raise the bar and hustle to build new business

- Min 1-3 years of experience in strategy & operations preferably in digital/e-commerce startups

- Excellent analytical & presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Experience in building and institutionalizing processes
