Work with Digital Marketing team on scaling the paid campaigns efforts of the company.
- Executing high volume marketing campaigns through Facebook, Google & Instagram Ads platform and drive high ROAS.
- Optimizing various paid media channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.
- Ensure process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency.
- Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns
- Evaluating differential acquisition strategy across channels.
- Constant evaluation of new and existing acquisition channels to drive high-quality new users.
- Own overall acquisition budget with clear accountability of Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and potential LTV of acquired users.
- Develop insight-driven customer on-boarding, loyalty, and win-back strategies and work with appropriate teams to implement strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ecommerce background preferred.
- Experience in the same role (minimum 1-3 years) handling large scale media budgets on Facebook/Google.
- Having a good grasp of English and a thorough understanding of web/app-based
- businesses and knowledge of MS Excel would be a plus.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads platform and be a hands-on marketer having run large scale campaigns including A/B testing ads.
